Formula Renault Northern European Cup 2017

The Formula Renault NEC 2017 was the twelfth season of the Northern European Formula Renault Cup (now without the suffix 2.0).

Due to the extension of the calendar of the Formula Renault Eurocup, the NEC calendar has been reduced. This should give the Eurocup teams the opportunity to compete in the NEC races as well.
In addition to Monza, Assen, Nürburgring and Hockenheim, three races were held in Spa together with the Eurocup. In these races, only the NEC pilots were entitled to points, all others received no points as guest drivers.

Thus, Michael Benyahia won as one of only 5 NEC pilots the 2017 season.
Regardless of the guest driver status, Sacha Fenestraz NEC would have been the winner.
