The Formula Renault NEC 2008 was the third season of the Northern European Formula Renault 2.0 Cup.
16 races were held on 8 weekends, for the first time in Finland at the Alastaro Circuit.

Valtteri Bottas dominated the season despite not being present at a race weekend. Second was Antonio Felix da Costa before Tobias Hegewald.
