The ADAC Formula 4 Championship 2016 was the second season of the German Formula 4.

Spa was replaced with Zandvoort, otherwise the calendar remained unchanged. Altogether 24 races were driven held.

Joey Mawson won the German Formula 4 2016 ahead of Mick Schumacher and Mike David Ortmann.
